Let's go for the 3rd edition of the Great Jousts!
The Château de Bridoré is getting ready to vibrate to the rhythms of medieval times on June 8 and 9 for the 3rd edition of the Great Jousts organized by the Association of the Knights of the Castle.
This year's festivities are set to be more impressive than ever with the addition of a Night show on Saturday evening, June 8 featuring the re-enactment troupe Le Griffon Rouge.
Visits, fights in period armour, equestrian jousting, medieval games for children and demonstrations of behourd (fights on foot) will delight young and old alike!
And that's not all!
A medieval village animated by 3 renowned associations will offer a multitude of activities : calligraphy, coin minting, archery, old-fashioned cuisine, musical and dance parades, fire shows... All in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
In 2023, more than 1500 visitors were seduced by this event that has become a must, with a record satisfaction rate of 4.7/5.
