The Great Jousts of Bridoré Castle

Join us on Saturday, June 14 (10 a.m. - 12 p.m.) and Sunday, June 15, 2025 (10 a.m. - 6 p.m.) for the 4th edition of our medieval jousting show at the Château de Bridoré.
Two days with numerous activities for young and old await you: Armored combat, jousting on horseback, archery, medieval games for children...
Cannon fire will be heard throughout the day, as well as singing, music with a fire show and a Pop Rock concert which will close the day on Saturday.
1-day pass: 10 euros
Free entry for children under 12.

Organization
Organized with the participation of a troupe specializing in the reconstruction of medieval fights "The Red Griffin ” composed of squires, of riders and of fighters who come from all Europe!
Program
* Demonstration of combat on foot in armor weighing between 15 and 25kg
* Equestrian jousts in real armor (20 to 25kg) with weapons of the time (axes, maces, spears) and not choreographed
* Falconry show
* Medieval games for kids
* Catering on site

Coirasse distinguishes himself from his older brother by frequenting taverns at all costs. Realizing human values, he left his native lands to join the East under his new banner of the Red Cross of the Crusaders. Jouster recognized throughout Europe for his precise and formidable spears.

Don't be fooled by the pretty face of this young damsel who has been pacing the lists since her youngest age. Her strong character and her uprightness make her a beloved and appreciated young woman. Young ladies watch out, she handles the bow, the javelin and the sword better than anyone.

Rather die than fail
When his father died, his brother inherited the castle and squandered everything on feasting. Mahaut stupefies him and takes his place to save his heritage. closed in Europe as well as his love of horses.
