The Great Jousts - 3rd edition
Join us on Saturday 8th of June (10am - 11pm) and Sunday 9th of June, 2024 (10am - 6pm) for the medieval jousting show at Château de Bridoré.
1-day pass: 10 euros
Free entry for children under 14 years.
Organization
Organized with the participation of a troupe specializing in the reconstruction of medieval fights "The Red Griffin ” composed of squires, of riders and of fighters who come from all Europe!
Program
* Demonstration of combat on foot in armor weighing between 15 and 25kg
* Equestrian jousts in real armor (20 to 25kg) with weapons of the time (axes, maces, spears) and not choreographed
* Falconry show
* Medieval games for kids
* Catering on site

Don't be fooled by the pretty face of this young damsel who has been pacing the lists since her youngest age. Her strong character and her uprightness make her a beloved and appreciated young woman. Young ladies watch out, she handles the bow, the javelin and the sword better than anyone.
